● This instrument provides high-precision characterization of the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic, artificially antiferromagnetic, two-dimensional materials, and microelectronic devices based on the magneto-optical Kerr effect. Simultaneously, it can apply in-plane and perpendicular magnetic fields for concurrent scanning of in-plane and perpendicular magnetization components. This enables the simultaneous acquisition of hysteresis loops for any combination of in-plane/perpendicular magnetic fields and components. With the Kerr rotation detection accuracy reaching up to 0.3 mdeg (RMS), it can detect the magnetization in single atomic layers.
● This instrument provides holders for wire-bound samples for characterizing electro-optical magnetic properties.
● This instrument, independently developed by our company, offers robust stability and excellent scalability, with customized options available. Compared with similar devices in the industry, it exhibits a larger magnetic field and higher precision. It can perform in-plane and perpendicular hysteresis loop measurements without the need for replacing the optical path.
