This project covers key process steps such as thin film deposition, lithography, etching, stripping, and quantity detection to help students master the core processes and technologies of chip manufacturing. The project design is completed by a team of 3–5 persons, and in the process of learning, students develop and exercise their management, communication, cooperation, execution and presentation skills.
