Product Description:

● Magnetic field resolution: ≤0.05 mT;

● Our two-dimensional magnetic field probe station, comprising two sets of magnets, can provide both vertical and in-plane magnetic fields with the field homogeneity being ±1% φ1 mm;

● Real-time monitoring and feedback on the magnetic field intensity, with monitoring accuracy greater than 1%, ≤0.05 mT;

● The in-plane magnet pole spacing is adjustable based on sample size to achieve the maximum magnetic field, exhibiting strong compatibility;

● Up to 8 probes can be simultaneously used (4 microwave probes + 4 DC probes);

● The Y-axis offers a large displacement device, allowing quick sample replacement without moving the probe;

● The sample stage tilt fine-tuning knob ensures sample plane parallelism with the in-plane magnetic field direction.

Equipment Upgrade Options:

● The sample multi-axis testing translation stage can be upgraded to be semi-automatic;

● The rapid elevation and descent function can be added to the probe plane for convenient repeated multi-point measurements.
