    Product Overview: 

    ● The Micro MOKE Magnetic Measuring Instrument measures hysteresis loops through the magneto-optical Kerr effect in a fast, precise, non-contact, and non-destructive manner (no additional sample processing required), and can capture the coercivity, saturation magnetization, and remanence data of magnetic materials. 

    ● Featuring a lightweight and compact structure, and user-friendly operation, this instrument offers quick testing, making it an ideal option for quick non-destructive testing of diverse magnetic thin film materials in both laboratory research and industrial production. It also functions well in assisting in magnetic material development, quality control, and exploration of post-processing parameters. 

     

     

  • Performance Specifications and Advantages: 

    ● Sample size: The standard sample holder is suitable for samples ≤10 mm × 10 mm, and can support 2-inch samples through expansion and be compatible with fragment measurement downwards. 

    ● Magnet: A bipolar magnet is adopted 

    ● Rated output of magnetic field: 650 mT, with the magnetic field perpendicular to the surface of the film

    ● Quick testing: Field strength ranges: -20 mT–20 mT in 1 mT increment in the quick scanning mode. Time from sample loading to test completion: 45 s; time from start to end: 30 s. 

    ● Magnetic field resolution: 50 μT.

    ● Magnetic detection sensitivity: Kerr rotation detection is greater than 0.8 mdeg 

    ● Air gap: 6 mm

    ● Overall dimensions (L×W×H): 510 × 360 × 392 mm
