Designed for high-precision domain imaging, micro-optical imaging, and high-spatial resolution photoluminescence applications, with low vibration and low drift, the continuous-flow optical cryostat series of Truth Instruments provides a continuous cryogenic environment for samples with temperature variations from 4.2–420 K. The series of cryostats are all capable of achieving vibrations at the nanometer scale.
● The Cryostat-C-50 Microscopy Cryostat is designed with a continuous flow of liquid helium/liquid nitrogen. Liquid helium/liquid nitrogen enters the cryostat through the inlet from the transport tube, and then passes through the capillary tube before arriving at the heat exchanger inside the cryostat. The heat exchanger is fitted with a heater and a temperature sensor for high-precision control of the sample temperature. The samples are arranged in vacuum, effectively avoiding sample frosting at low temperatures.
● Designed with a heat exchanger that extends the cold finger upward, the Cryostat-C-50-Mag can be adapted to different types of magnetic field equipment and meet the optical testing requirements under cryogenic magnetic fields.
● The Cryostat-S-50 series of compact cryogenic optical cryostat, also designed with a continuous flow, achieves vibrations at the nanometer scale consistent with the microscopy cryostat series.
● The Cryostat-S-50, with a thickness of only 45 mm, is more compatible with the narrow air gap of the electromagnet.
● The Cryostat-S-50-Mag, designed with a cold finger extending forward on the basis of the compact cryogenic optical cryostat, ensures that the sample position is under both the in-plane and vertical magnetic fields.
● It is widely used in the low-temperature high-magnetic-field microdomain laser Kerr microimaging system of Truth Instruments.
