Truth Instruments is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, and production of advanced scientific research instruments, teaching tools, and integrated circuit production line testing equipment. In the context of the rapid growth of China’s integrated circuit manufacturing industry and the increasing demand for independent control of equipment used in chip R&D and manufacturing, Truth Instruments focuses on developing high-end instruments that have yet to achieve independent R&D capabilities in China. This is achieved through independent innovation, industry-university-research collaboration, and the transformation of research outcomes, as well as integrating industry resources.
Since its establishment in 2019, the company has attracted over 100 talented professionals and built a comprehensive engineering team specializing in optics, electronics, precision machinery, measurement and control, automation, software, and algorithms. By establishing expert workstations for integrated circuit testing equipment in Qingdao, the company has brought in numerous experts to strengthen its R&D capabilities. Truth Instruments also has subsidiaries in Beijing and Hangzhou.
Currently, the company has developed a range of high-end equipment to meet the demands of researchers and the chip industry for high-performance, high-quality, self-controlled equipment. These products include atomic force microscopes, high-precision VSMs, MOKE, and other magnetic measurement instruments, various magnetic field probe stations, magnetic chip testing machines, production line-level equipment, physical vapor deposition equipment, and comprehensive teaching and training systems for chip manufacturing and applications. These products are used by top domestic research institutions, such as Tsinghua University and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, as well as well-known integrated circuit manufacturing companies.
