Product Overview
Our high-temperature permanent magnet magneto-optical Kerr microscope enables high-resolution measurement and observation of polar, transverse, and longitudinal magneto-optical Kerr effects in permanent magnetic materials under high-temperature and strong magnetic field conditions. It is an ideal tool for studying the magnetization and demagnetization processes of permanent magnetic materials, and their technical magnetism. The custom-developed air-bearing displacement stage and specially designed sample fixation device ensure sample stability during testing under strong magnetic forces.
Product Features
● Superior sample stability during testing.
The air-bearing granite displacement stage, integrated ceramic sample holder, and vibration-isolated granite optical platform ensure outstanding sample stability. The drift of neodymium iron boron samples (10 × 10 mm, 2 mm thick) under the maximum magnetic field strength is less than 35 nm.
● Strong magnetic fields
Vertical strong magnetic fields (2 T at room temperature, 1.6 T at high temperature)
In-plane strong magnetic fields (3 T at room temperature)
● High stability under ultra-high temperature
Sample temperature range: <50 mK to 623 K
● High-precision microdomain magneto-optical detection
Global and multi-zone hysteresis loop scanning, synchronized domain imaging and hysteresis loop output for comparative analysis.
● High-temperature domain imaging
Multi-light source switching and optical compensation enable clear magnetic domain imaging within high-temperature chambers.
● The domain resolution can reach up to 420 nm
