The magnetic chip (magnetic storage chips and magnetic sensing chips) tester, developed independently by Truth Instruments, consists of a magnetic field generator, power frequency magnetic field module, multi-axis sample testing platform, test instrument and other components. It is used for rapid, non-destructive testing of magnetic and electrical properties of chips in bulk. Adapted to non-magnetic test sockets, it scans magnetic fields in the in-plane and normal planes of a magnetic chip to evaluate its antimagnetic properties.
